These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sumotradings.com (the “Site”) and all
services provided by
Sumo Tradings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By
accessing or using the
Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or
Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you
meet this requirement.
Access is prohibited in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or use of trading signals is
restricted or illegal.
2. Services
We provide AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signals (“Signals”) available through subscription
plans (monthly,
yearly, lifetime) or trial access. Signals are for informational and educational purposes only. They
do not constitute
financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
– Subscriptions are billed according to the selected package.
– Payments are accepted in cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT) or by other means that we may specify.
– A free trial (e.g. 7 days) may be offered, subject to certain restrictions. Access may be limited during trial periods.
– A ‘Satisfaction or money back’ offer (e.g. for the first month) may be offered, subject to certain restrictions. To benefit from the ‘Satisfaction or money back’ offer, the Customer must first have taken out a paid subscription. The refund request must be sent by email to contact@sumotradings.comno later than 48 hours before the last day of the month of the first subscription. The refund will be made no later than 30 days after acceptance of the request. Access may be limited duringtrial periods.
– The Customer undertakes not to use any other email address belonging to them to subscribe to a new account following a refund request, failing which the refund request(s) will be irrevocably cancelled and the sums will not be refunded.
– SUMO retains sole discretion in assessing the outcome of any request.All sales are final. No refunds will be granted after purchase, unless required by law.
– You are responsible for any applicable taxes and transaction fees.
– Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Risk Disclaimer
– Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your entire
investment.
– Past performance of Signals does not guarantee future results.
– You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
– The Company disclaims any liability for losses incurred through use of the Signals.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site for unlawful
purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, algorithms, and other materials provided through the Site are the
intellectual
property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without
permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in
the twelve (12)
months prior to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from
any claims,
damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances
beyond its reasonable
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures,
cyberattacks, or service
interruptions from third-party providers.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, if you
violate these
Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may also
terminate your account
at any time by contacting support.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Wyoming, without
regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal
courts located in
Wyoming.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site
following changes
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning use of the
Site and Services.
